BoostScore Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BoostScore, We are committed to a transparent and reliable service experience across all the products and services made available on the Platform. This Policy sets out the basis on which fees paid to the Company are refundable, cancellable or adjustable, and the limits within which the User may raise such claims. The products and services presently offered through the Platform consist principally of one-time advisory and AI-generated guidance offerings (including the offering presently branded as "Arjuna"). The Company may, in the future and subject to applicable regulatory approvals, introduce additional offerings, which may include subscription-based products, bill payments, mobile and utility recharge, BBPS-enabled payments, and other ancillary financial and facilitation services. The treatment of fees and refunds for each product is set out below; provisions relating to product types that have not yet been launched will become operative if and when those products are made available.
